ACCOMMODATION: The holiday accommodation is to one side of the house, where there is also a parking space. It comprises a large (15') hotel style bedroom with en suite shower room/loo and self-catering annex. THE BEDROOM: The bedroom is very comfortably furnished with good 4' 6" bed, two cushioned cane chairs and television. There is a large night storage heater, and a wall fan heater in the shower room. The bedroom has beautiful views to the South Downs. From the front door of the house it is upstairs to the left, away from the rest of the house. THE SELF CATERING ANNEX: The self-catering annex is attached to the left of the house. At the back there is a small enclosed patio, with garden furniture, which gets the morning sun. There is a stable door from the back patio to a well equipped and fully fitted kitchen, with microwave, electric cooker and fridge with freezer compartment. At the front, overlooking the garden and South Downs, is a spacious living room, with sofa, two armchairs, dining table and chairs, and colour television; sliding patio doors open onto a paved area, which gets the afternoon and evening sun, with views across the garden to the South Downs. Between the kitchen and living room is a spacious loo with shower. The annex is double-glazed throughout, with night storage heaters and supplementary fan heaters. Visitors have the use of the extensive garden that goes down to fields. There is a table and chairs outside the front of the annex, and two further wooden seats in the main garden. Keys to the front door, bedroom and annex are supplied. The bed is made up with sheets and duvet (thick or thin, according to the season); blankets are also provided, as are all towels, teatowels, kitchen paper etc. The accommodation is for 2 people only.

HOLIDAY ACCOMMODATION
The Coach House is in a beautiful rural setting, at the foot of the South Downs. It is 2½ miles south of Midhurst and 10 miles north of Chichester, within the new South Downs National Park.
