The Garden Flat is to one side of The Coach House, in a beautiful rural setting, at the foot of the South Downs. It is 2½ miles south of Midhurst and 10 miles north of Chichester, in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. It has its own parking space and entrance, and faces south-west.

Accommodation comprises: a small fully fitted kitchen with a stable door onto the private patio at the back of the flat, which gets the morning sun; a large shower room/loo with fitted wardrobe; a spacious living room, with television and screened-off bedroom area, that has sliding doors onto a paved area of the garden and views to the South Downs.

Visitors have the use of the main part of the garden which goes down to fields. Heating is from night-storage heaters, with supplementary fan heaters. The flat is cool in the summer and warm in the winter. All linen is included, and the 4’ 6” bed has a good firm mattress.

The flat is for 2 non-smokers only. Over 50s are particularly welcome. Sorry, no children or pets.

Holiday rates are from £165 to £230 a week. £5 per week reductions for early bookings. Short breaks are available off-season, starting at £100.
