38 Mosse Gardens is a delightful holiday cottage, in a pleasant, quiet residential area of Fishbourne, a popular village on the edge of Chichester. It is ideally placed for easy access to the city centre (about 5 minutes), the harbour, and the surrounding countryside. Additionally, Fishbourne station is a 3 minute walk away, with connections to Portsmouth and Brighton, and there are buses to Chichester.

At the front of the house is a fully fitted kitchen (including washing machine/tumble dryer). The sitting room, with dining room furniture and television, is at the back of the house, and opens onto the sunroom. Upstairs is a double bedroom at the back of the house, a single bedroom at the front and a bathroom, with mixer tap/shower, in the middle.

The property is furnished and decorated to a high standard, has gas central heating and secondary double glazing . The small well maintained garden faces south and has garden chairs in the shed. There is a parking area at the front of the house and one at the back.

The accommodation takes two to three adults - non-smokers only. Sorry, no children or pets. Over 50s are particularly welcome.

Holiday rates are from £220 to £340 per week, including all linen.
